Gatherings
Step out of the grind — and back to yourself.
Intespira is a small gathering in nature — a few days to slow down, move your body, breathe, and grow alongside people doing the same. Bring your work if you like; the real point is the reset and the room.

For teams
Your team is stuck — and another Zoom won't fix it.
Smart people, a hard problem, and the usual rooms aren't cracking it. Sometimes the missing ingredient isn't another meeting — it's a change of conditions: a few focused days, somewhere restorative, with someone whose job is to hold the thinking so the team can actually do it. That's a breakthrough offsite — a structured strategy session, design sprint, or alignment reset, shaped to what you're stuck on.
Book a callYou keep going — but you rarely step back.
The calendar fills, the days blur, and the bigger questions go quiet: what actually matters, whether you're pointed the right way, how you even feel. You can push through alone — but alone is exactly the problem. Something shifts when you step out of the grind and into a small circle of people who are also trying to grow.
A day at Intespira
Morning movement (yoga / pilates) → unhurried time to think, journal, or work on your own thing → midday or evening breathwork → shared dinner and time outside. The point isn't output — it's coming back to yourself.

The founding gathering
This started in June.
In June 2026 a small group gathered near Saratoga Springs for the first Intespira — "Create from a better place." We worked, did yoga and breathwork, swam, sat by fires, and ate together. It was intimate by design, and something shifted for the people there — including me.

"I expected to enjoy the yoga, home-cooked meals, and being in nature, but what stayed with me most were the people. Spending time with others who were genuinely committed to growing and discovering themselves reminded me how much the people and environment around me shape the way I live."

"Intespira was an amazing experience. I came there with a lot of uncertainty about the next steps in my career and found myself surrounded with people feeling very similar. We were sharing experiences along with attending workshops and doing yoga and breathwork in fresh upstate air and working in between in this beautiful scenario by the Hudson river. This experience helped me to come up with new ideas and feel less anxious about my next steps. I felt belonging to a community of like-minded people who keep pushing themselves to go further and further to achieve everything they ever dreamed of in their life. That supported and inspired me a lot!"
